The Anglican Servers in Action (ASIA) of the Diocese of Mthatha celebrates Heritage every year on the month of September, this year 2024 ASIA gathered at St Bedes Pastoral Centre for the celebration of Heritage, purpose of this celebration is to keep servers together and also encouraging gathering through Christ

There were many activities that were divided amongst all archdeaconries, such as:

• Traditional dance
• Amagwijo
• Traditional praise poems
• isitibili
• Gumboots dance
• Ukombela (traditional songs)

Archdeaconries performed very well and enjoyed every moment. Traditional Xhosa Food was served  such as umleqwa, umbhako, ulusu and many more indigenous foods. All these were brought by different archdeaconries of the diocese. People wore their beautiful cultural clothes to complement the day!

Servers  enjoyed every moment of this event as it was also to bring them together.
