The Parish of St. Michael and All Angels in Harare, Diocese of False Bay, held a wonderful service this morning to admit new members to the Altar Servers Guild and GBFs. During the service, learners and matriculants were also prayed for as they prepare for their final examinations. The matriculants received study snack packs, generously donated by parents in the parish.
The service was blessed by the presence of the Anglican Students’ Federation (ASF) from the Western Cape Region, who were given the opportunity to offer greetings and share words of support and encouragement with the Class of 2024 as they approach this crucial phase of completing their basic education.
The Priest-in-Charge, Rev. C.B. Ndlebe, was the preacher and presider for the service. Rev. Ndlebe delivered a powerful sermon on the theme “Greatness in the Kingdom of God vs. Greatness in the World.
